Brent Brookler, CEO
Brent Brookler is a mobile and internet technologies innovator and entrepreneur. In 2005, Brookler started Treemo, a real time social media platform company that runs Treemo.com and other mobile and web social media sites. Treemo allows users to create interactive channels filled with photos, video, text and audio that is available on the web or on mobile phones. Prior to Treemo, Brookler was co-founder and president of games and entertainment at Mobliss, Inc., where he created the mobile games business and strategy, which under his direction, exceeded $6 million in revenue. Mobliss was sold in January 2004 to Index Corporation, one of the largest mobile content providers in the world. While at Mobliss, he was responsible for delivering some of the world’s biggest brands to the small screen, including The New York Times Crossword, American Idol, and Family Feud – the most popular multiplayer game at the time.
Jeff Yee, COO
Jeff is the Chief Operating Officer at Treemo, bringing 12 years of successful experience in the wireless industry. Prior to Treemo, Jeff was the Director of mCommerce & Downloads at Cingular Wireless, where he developed the mobile commerce products that provide the framework for purchasing digital goods and services. Under his leadership, the program launched to consumers in 2002 and grew to a billion dollar program within four years due to the success of mobile downloads such as ringtones and games. Before creating the mobile commerce program, Jeff led the development of AT&T Wireless' customer web site.

Jeff spent time at McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless and Cingular before joining Treemo. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii, and an M.S. in Management from Antioch University.
Tasha Seitz
Ms. Seitz joined JK&B Capital in 1997 and has focused on the software sector, working with companies such as Interwoven, Andromedia and Synchrologic. Prior to joining JK&B, Ms. Seitz was an information technology industry analyst at Gartner Group advising Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients in their implementation of technology over a five-year strategic planning horizon. She worked in the areas of Local Area Communications and Applications Development & Management before founding Gartner's Multimedia service in 1993. While at Gartner, Ms. Seitz advised on electronic publishing and led efforts to deliver research to Gartner's clients in multimedia. Ms. Seitz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Brett Brewer
Mr. Brewer is a leading Internet pioneer with an influential voice in the dynamic, growing online advertising industry. He has built several Internet businesses since graduating from UCLA in 1996, the largest of which was Intermix Media which he sold to NewsCorp for $673 million in October 2005. In his latest venture at Adknowledge.com, Mr. Brewer is leading the growth of the behavioral based advertising company which was recognized as a Red Herring Top 200 Company for 2006. He is an angel investor in several technology start-ups and active in a number of community and charitable organizations including Big Brothers of Los Angeles and Bizworld.org, a children’s education organization.
